Bespoke Medals
Swift Event Supplies offers a wide range of customisable medals to ensure each one stands out. Popular styles include raised 3D, enamelled, contrast metal, and eco-friendly wooden medals produced in the UK. Additional options include Pantone matched colours, multi-coloured finishes, and interlocking designs for themed collections. Medals can be any size, shape, or thickness, with the popular choice being 50mm to 60mm in diameter and 3mm thick. Our creative team specialises in crafting unique sports medals, including eco-friendly options, to make any event memorable.
Wooden Medals
Not only are our eco-friendly wooden medals made from sustainably sourced materials, but they are also produced in-house in the UK, significantly reducing their carbon footprint compared to traditional overseas production. This makes them more affordable by eliminating air freight costs and expensive set-up fees. Our UK-based manufacturing allows for shorter lead times, typically 4-6 weeks, but we can accommodate tight deadlines if necessary. For 2024, please check current lead times for your wooden medal requirements, as this popular product is in high demand.
Printed Lanyards
All our lanyards are available in various materials, including cotton, polyester, and eco-friendly recycled RPet made from recycled bottles. We offer extensive customisation options with a wide range of accessories to ensure your design stands out. Who Are We?
The creative aspect of this role is what really inspires us. Helping to design event supplies that are eye-catching and help to promote the brand and message of the great organisations that we work with really motivates us. Because of this, we are constantly thinking of new ways that we can introduce something interesting, special and relevant to the events sector.
Our most recent champion is the introduction of eco-friendly wooden medals. Swift has been championing wooden medals since 2011 but their popularity surged in 2018 due to their benefits environmentally and by being a budget-friendly alternative to traditional medals. Sustainability and the environment are key for the future of the planet and for the future of Swift – watch this space!

We had several hundred wooden medals. Different to metal medals from China, where the upfront cost is in the die. Wooden medals allow us to change design more regularly (you can have the year on the medal not the ribbon!). Since the medals are wooden, any over purchase is not an environmental disaster.
